We enjoyed working with your thermographer Jack, and your company recently. Your Infrared camera was incredible. To be able to see inside of our walls, and learn what we need to do next was helpful. Saying you want to go Green is easy. Knowing what to do is harder. You have helped us see where we can make improvements in making things more energy-efficient and eco-friendly. Just a quick word of thanks for the way that you came in and inspected our home. The images were very informative, and helped us understand why we had those cold spots in the living room and kitchen. It was also good to see that the windows that we had purchased were installed correctly. Your explanations and images that you provided really helped to clear up some questions we had, and decide what to do about it.

Being a single, female homeowner, it has not always been a good experience working with contractors. My experience with your company was pleasant and informative. I was happy to learn that we could do an inspection of my home, and look inside of the walls and ceiling without being invasive. Your representative was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful when explaining what he found. His pictures of the exterior walls, the furnace, and the electrical panel were amazing. I was also happy to see that I can do a few simple things myself to reduce the heat loss and air leaks at the top of the basement walls.
