Jim comes with over 20 years experience in the service industry.  Having successfully  built 2 'start-ups' , he understands what it takes to be successful.  He puts customer satisfaction first, and has developed the ability to convey his enthusiasm, his work ethic, and his integrity to his employees and colleagues.   

 

 Jim is a no-nonsense, 'roll your sleeves up,' (and 'take care of business') kind-of-guy.  His skills in communicating, motivating,  and working with people have always been a strength - and,  will continue to be an asset as he leads InfraVision to much success in this exciting 'new' , green workspace. 

Paula has roots in the Construction Industry.  Her family had a business in the industry, and she is quite familiar with the trades.  Her forte' lies in her organizational, clerical, and computer skill-sets that she works behind the scenes.  She keeps the back-office side of the business running smoothly so that the company stays on track to meet its goals, deadlines and its mission statement.  

 

Her interests - and her duties - are not confined , exclusively, to the office however.   She has a keener interest than most in the Infrared Imaging technology itself.   To the extent that she is anticipates applying for certification as a Thermographer herself.  This will be a boon for the business, as she can integrate that knowledge and her computer skills into a contributing  role in the Analysis and Summary part of the business (which is provided to many clients in the form of infrared thermal images or VIDEO matched to commentary and recommendations)
